SPECIAL  MINISTRIES

We know there are people who are struggling, and we want to be able to help in the time when they are having the struggle to put food on their table and we want to be able to help in their time of need. If you are in need of food please bring a form of ID and a document that shows your physical address in order to sign up to receive groceries. Food is given out on Wednesdays at 6 pm. We meet every third Monday of the month (October - May) to show our love for God and love for others. Whether it be through the care building, writing cards, prayer sessions, making phone calls, or personal visits to those we miss and love our goal is to serve as Jesus taught us to. 

For families with ill or injured children,  the House offers a caring, comfortable, and supportive place to stay.  Individuals, organizations, and churches in Middle Georgia provide a home-cooked meal every night of the year. Rose's Cottage is a ministry located on our church campus ... It is dedicated to women's ministry. It is a place where faith and creativity flourish together. We gather at the Cottage to serve God primarily through the special talent of quilt making. Our anchor text is Ephesians 2:10, "For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works..." We provide beautiful quilts for our congregation and for the community, including our elderly members, veterans, as well as active military men and women, the children of families at Ronald McDonald House, children's homes, and others. There are other services perfomed here like sewing dresses for Panama, hosting bridal showers, meetings, and conducting Ladies' Bible studies.
